Hi, we’re Jennifer and Michelle—a pair of nurses who met and survived nursing school together and served on the frontlines before, during, & after COVID across Mississippi Gulf Coast, New Orleans, and the Northshore area. We’ve cared for patients in their most vulnerable moments—and seen the gaps that happen once formal care ends. Today, we work together as remote triage nurses, still grounded in the same compassion and vision for what healthcare should be.We’ve seen how overwhelming healthcare can feel on both sides—People are sicker, providers are stretched thin, and there’s simply not enough time spent for clear communication- just automated messaging & waiting on hold - We just have a healthcare system that is no longer working for anyone.Our passion is advocating for patients beyond traditional settings. We believe EVERYONE DESERVES clarity, support, and a real nurse who helps them confidently navigate their care.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Care Pair RN operates as a private-pay nursing service. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide documentation you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and there is no guarantee of reimbursement.
